Fellows Program
The EWOC Fellows Program is a great next step for anyone who has completed at least three sessions of EWOC’s Fundamentals of Workplace Organizing series, and those who’ve successfully recruited two or more people to their organizing committee.
Applications are now closed.
We will hold the next cohort in spring 2026.
Cohort for Workplace Organizers
No matter where you are in the process of organizing your workplace, this space will offer you the perspective you need to make strategic decisions and to understand how your organizing fits into the larger labor movement.
Apply today for the EWOC Fellows Program if you
- Have a new campaign and you’re not sure how to get past your closest people
- Are stalled and have lost momentum
- Are unsure about the best first action to take
- Can’t get your co-workers to show up to meetings
- Are struggling to respond to your boss
With the guidance of two experienced labor organizers and workers from various workplaces, the EWOC Fellows Program will help you think through these challenges and learn about organizing in workplaces across the country.
“I went from downloading a bunch of information about what organizing is in the foundational program to becoming a real organizer in my own right through the fellows program.”
—Former EWOC Fellow

Building upon our Fundamentals series, we focus on one campaign with issues that align with a particular topic each week, from building unity to navigating union relationships.
This is an invaluable opportunity to hone your organizing skills by solving your organizing problems alongside other workers in a confidential space. No matter where you are in the organizing process, this fellowship offers the perspective needed to make strategic decisions and understand how your organizing fits into the larger labor movement.
Eligibility Requirements
- Your campaign has an established organizing committee
- Two to four workers applying
- At least one worker who has attended at least three Fundamentals sessions
Fellows Program Dates
Sessions are held twice a year in the spring and fall.
